Meet your Health Shifters......Theresa, Christina, & Patty!  Living what we teach is a must, as well as living in a constant mode of learning.  The truth isn't easily found in our busy day to day experiences and choices.  It takes time and perseverance to find the truth.  Personal experience and observance of other's experiences are great teachers.  With a little effort and education, you too, can feel  energetic and healthy. Eating and living clean are major players in getting us here. It's never too late to start.  Let's get you started with baby steps or giant leaps!

Theresa and Christina are both Level One Detoxification Specialist via Dr. Morse's International School of the Healing Arts and Sciences.  Christina has also completed Patty's courses:  A & P, Electrical Chemistry, and Cell Biology.

Patty has an MS, and is an ND.  She is a Doctor of Naturopathy, Physiologist and Biochemist, Detoxification Specialist, and Anatomy and Physiology Professor.
