Our immune system is directly related to our lymphatic system, keep it clean. To do this, it is important to keep it alkaline. Two simple things to remember. Plants = Alkalinity & Animal Foods = Acidity. Make sure the scale is heavier on the plant side.......and zero on the animal side is even better.
